What I liked the most while staying at this hotel was the wonderful staff—helpful, kind, and smiling. The garden is so beautiful, with flowers, trees, and well-kept lawns. Waking up every morning to birds singing is lovely! My room was very clean and neat.

Top notch tourist hotel with all the luxury and comfort you can expect. Place very clean, very spacious and all facilities modern and well maintained. Didn't use the spa but the gym was proper. Very quiet rooms with all comfort and cleanliness, equal for the hotel itself or the pool area. Restaurant is your typical holiday buffet style, but there is a lot of choice, especially for the breakfast. Overall, Palm Plaza delivered on its promise from the photos!

I was really pleased with my stay at Palm Plaza and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and managed to sort out any issues we had. The pool was really big and spacious which was good and didn’t feel crowded even when the loungers were full.

A lot of food options for breakfast and dinner buffet. Big and comfortable room. Big pool. Pleasant pool area. Impressive decor in the shared spaces.

The Hotel itself, the location with Shopping Mall nearby. The Hotel has ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ service. All employees are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. I'll be back in December with my kids who love the place. Saying hello to Spa girls...

The staff were amazing. I had put in the booking notes that it was my daughters birthday whilst we were staying, and when we returned from an outing on her birthday we found that they had left a cake in the room for us! We also had some trouble with a rogue unlicensed taxi driver whilst we were there and guest services helped us out with that. The pool was great, the room was lovely,

Lovely helpful staff. Glorious pool. Delicious food. I loved it! I was alone but the smiling staff were very courteous. It was also convenient to a supermarket and mall and although not convenient to Marrakech old town, I’d say it’s a near enough option. For those who want a hotel resort situation, I think it is excellent.

My 4 nights stay at Palm Plaza was very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke English as well which was a plus. The breakfast although limited in options was good enough especially the chef making a nice omelette. The room was of a great standard and I especially liked the fact that I had a big balcony all to myself with a nice view of the pool. The pool was amazing with plenty beds and free towels. I really liked also that there was a free ATM machine in the lobby. Great idea to have that as it helped me a lot. Taxi's are easily available across the road from the hotel. Plus the hotel is in a great location with a shopping mall 2 minutes walk from the hotel and Marrakesh centre itself literally 5 minutes drive. The airport itself was also close by. All in all a great experience.
