Top notch tourist hotel with all the luxury and comfort you can expect. Place very clean, very spacious and all facilities modern and well maintained. Didn't use the spa but the gym was proper. Very quiet rooms with all comfort and cleanliness, equal for the hotel itself or the pool area. Restaurant is your typical holiday buffet style, but there is a lot of choice, especially for the breakfast. Overall, Palm Plaza delivered on its promise from the photos!

“As I mentioned earlier, my experience was generally good, except for the interaction with a receptionist (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name). She made little to no effort to assist me in resolving the issue of updating the children’s age information, despite being fully aware of your institution’s policies. I had hoped for more cooperation in this matter to ensure a smoother experience.”

I had put in the booking notes that it was my daughters birthday whilst we were staying, and when we returned from an outing on her birthday we found that they had left a cake in the room for us! We also had some trouble with a rogue unlicensed taxi driver whilst we were there and guest services helped us out with that. The pool was great, the room was lovely,

It was also convenient to a supermarket and mall and although not convenient to Marrakech old town, I’d say it’s a near enough option. For those who want a hotel resort situation, I think it is excellent.
